Information about Prandin

Repaglinide is a meglitinide antidiabetic that is used for managing type 2(non-insulin-dependent)diabetes. It is recommended to use in addition to diet and exercise to lower blood sugar in adults who cannot manage with diet, exercise, or diabetic medications alone. Repaglinide lowers blood glucose (sugar) by stimulating the release of insulin from the pancreas. It may be used with other diabetes drugs. How to use Repaglinide
